Butler Ambulance Mandated Reporter Class

You are required to take the online Mandated Report Class and submit your certificate to the Director of CQI (Bob Evans)

The class will be open from January 4- January 31, 2023.  You have this time period to complete the class and submit your certificate.  You will receive 3 hours of con-ed for this course.

• Login or if you don't have an account, you will be instructed to create an account. 

• After creating an account, you will be instructed to launch the course

• Note, your credentials to login will be emailed to you

• Note, you don't have to complete the class in one setting.  You can resume where you left off

• Note, the course will take about 2 hours to complete.  Don't wait until January 31st to complete

• When taking the course, please use either a laptop or a desktop.  Please refrain from using a mobile device as they are known to cause issues with the progress of your course and saving your course.  

• You can email, or print and place your certificate in my mailbox after completing the class.  No con-ed until certificate is turned in to Bob.
